The Window of Philadelphia recently hosted an official delegation from Ghana in Philadelphia, holding a warm and welcoming dinner in their honor. Distinguished guests included H.E. Victor Emmanuel Smith, Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, and Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Ghana's Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
